Jace Shively – Coach Shively is a founding member of the Lehigh Valley Natives. Currently he is the Northampton Varsity Head Coach after serving as an assistant in 2015. Coach Shively provides a vast knowledge of the game as a player and official in addition to a long coaching resume from youth to college. He is familiar with the growth and development of the player through all stages of the game.
Zach Hardy – Coach Hardy returns to the Natives program in 2018. Coach Hardy has a long lacrosse resume, playing since the age of 9 from youth to college level, most recently at the University of Pittsburgh. He has experience in both new and developed programs with strong feeder programs.
Jeff Geisel - For 2018-2019 Natives Lacrosse welcomes Jeffrey Geisel as an Assistant Coach. Coach Geisel has extensive lacrosse experience including college club play at Millersville State College, post collegiate play for Lehigh Valley KR and Steam teams and coaching stints at Moravian Academy, PA Keystone Games and Parkland. During Jeff's tenure at Parkland he established and coached their high school lacrosse program and co-founded the Penn Valley Lacrosse League (PVLL). The PVLL was the first organized lacrosse league in our region and provided structured play for 26 high school programs from 1999 through 2007 when the PIAA took over HS lacrosse oversight. The PVLL also spawned the growth of all existing youth programs in Northampton, Lehigh, Monroe, Bucks and Berks Countues.
Daniel Norris - Dan Norris is new to the Natives program in 2018. He has played for the Lehigh University Mountain Hawks, a Division 1 team in the Patriot League. He studies Mechanical Engineering and Finance and can help players and their families navigate the world of collegiate recruiting. Growing up he played club lacrosse for the Duke's LLC (in its heyday) and Blackbear Chesco. Previously he has coached for the Roughriders PA club team.
Nicholas Gutekunst – Coach Nick returns to the Natives program in 2018. Nick has a long lacrosse resume from youth the college level. Currently, Nicholas is a member of the Penn State Berks Lacrosse team, a DII team of the NCLL. Nicholas achieved his Level I US Lacrosse Coaching Certification in 2015. As a Lacrosse official in Lehigh Valley Lacrosse Officials Association (LVLOA), he has an in depth understanding of the game as a player, coach and official. As a former LV Native player of Coach Shively, he understands the direction and growth potential of lacrosse in the Lehigh Valley.
